We have received recent confirmation that our missionaries in Haiti are anticipating our arrival.

WHY

Trips are expensive! Isn’t it better to just send money? – NO
There is no substitute for personal, on-site engagement
First-hand person-to-person on-site interaction with missionaries and nationals
Encouragement of missionaries
Memories and bonds
Personalized awareness of third-world culture and environment
Work that would not be done otherwise

WHERE

Haiti: Most likely island of La Gonave; city of Anse-a-Galets Mission compound & hospital
Languages: French, Creole

WHAT

Whatever needs to be done
Depends on timing, funding, skill set maintenance, repair,
new construction ministries: church, school, medical

WHO

YOU (might be a candidate for this trip if:)
Interest in ministering in other cultures
Desire to be challenged and stretched in your spiritual journey
Servant heart
Submissive spirit
Team player
Accept the unexpected (tolerant of change and uncertainty)
